Shipping policy
Domestic
- We offer free shipping across India on all orders
- We generally dispatch the orders within 2-3 working days. If there is any special service required, we will dispatch the products within 3-4 working days.
- We partner with speed post and others as our courier service for all our domestic shipments.
- The standard shipping timeline does not apply to made-to-order or bespoke products. The estimated delivery period for such items will be shared at the time of purchase, depending on the production requirements.
- Tracking details shall be shared with the customer upon dispatch.
International
- For international orders, shipping is free for purchases of ₹80,000 and above. Orders below this value will incur a flat shipping charge of ₹4,200 per order. Please note that jewellery and restricted items may have limited international delivery options.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 5–7 working days after confirmation. However, delivery timelines and shipping charges may vary if your address falls under a courier partner’s remote or non-standard service area.
- For international shipments, delivery timelines may be affected by transit delays, customs clearance procedures, or accessibility issues at the destination.

- We partner with reliable courier services such as FedEx, DHL, UPS and others. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details and carrier information.
Delivery Guidelines
- Please ensure that you or a trusted individual is available at the delivery address to receive the package. We are not responsible for parcels that are returned or left unattended due to unavailability at the delivery location.
- Every product undergoes a quality check and is packed securely in tamper-proof packaging.
- Domestic and international delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to transit delays, customs clearance, or accessibility constraints at the destination.
- If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept it. Instead:
- Take clear photos of the issue,
- Refuse delivery and return it to the courier.
- Accepting such a package will be considered as confirmation that it was received in good condition.
Important Notes
- Once an order is shipped, we are unable to change or redirect the delivery address. Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
- If a shipment fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details, any additional charges for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
- Customers located in remote or non-serviceable areas are encouraged to email their full address and order details to support@sthreesaundaryam.com. We will coordinate an alternative delivery option. Additional charges may apply for such locations, and you will be informed in advance.
Taxes & Duties
- For domestic shipments, any applicable taxes must be paid by the customer.
- For international deliveries, shipments may be subject to customs clearance. Any import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country must be paid by the customer.
