  1. The appearance of colours may differ across devices due to variations in screen settings and display quality. For better clarity before purchasing, you may contact our team to request natural light images. Exchanges will not be accepted for colour-related concerns.
  2. We are not liable for any damage caused to the sari after purchase due to weather conditions, improper handling, stains, or general wear and tear.
  3. We reserve the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet the above criteria. In such cases, a reason will be provided.

Refund Policy

  1. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
  2. If you are unable to find a suitable replacement product, you may choose to retain the value as store credit for a future purchase.

Order Cancellation

  1. Orders are processed immediately after payment, so cancellations are generally not permitted.

  3. Since these orders are made specifically upon request, they are non-cancellable and non-exchangeable once confirmed.
